I was a little nervous about going here because I saw some of the negative reviews. But I definitely had a five star experience. I dropped my car off and I thought I was going to have to make my own way to the rental car place, but they were nice enough to arrange for the rental car place to pick me up from there. They told me they would have an estimate of how long it would take within 24 to 48 hours and I can 100% guarantee that that was the case. They sent me the updated timeline and we’re very communicative throughout the entire process. They were willing to answer any questions regarding Timing and when my car would be ready. Everyone at the office was pleasant to speak with. When I picked my car up, they just had me sign the documents and one of the service providers, Darrell, walked me out and was there to look at it with me and to answer any questions and make sure that I was 100% satisfied. I would definitely come back here for any future accident repair that I need. Highly recommend this Baltimore gem!

Both me and my mom went with our Infiniti and kia forte and the whole experience was nothing short of amazing! Ms.Erin is so sweet and works so well with you & so does her staff ! They are amazing and do amazing jobs🥳🥳🥳🥳

After my car was involved in a hit and run and then a friend accidentally backed into the rear of my car. I was at a loss, after filing with insurance and getting my car into Caliber Collision, they helped make sense of what was going on and got my car back to me sooner than I expected! Will definitely be a return customer.

I absolutely love caliber collision on Howard st. From the moment I walked in ms. Erin was AMAZING. With my situation, she walked me thru the process, and I got a next day appointment for an estimate. Robert, he did my estimate and explained everything thoroughly. The management everyone was very polite and helpful! I had my driver's side mirror replaced, painted and calibrated in less than 30 hours. Oh and they gave me a complimentary car wash! The estimate I got from them was SIGNIFICANTLY less than another place I called. If and when I need repairs done... it will be here! 10 outta 10 all day!!!

This Caliber Collision location looks a bit rundown from the outside but don't let that mislead you - this place provides great customer service. My wife had to bring our vehicle in after a fender bender and she was helped by Nicholas (I believe that was his name). The repair was being coordinated by an insurance company and Nicholas clearly explained how the process would go in the most kind manner. He spent time examining the vehicle and listened while my wife explained exactly what the damage was. We were setup with a website to communicate updates but it didn't seem to be very accurate or helpful. Luckily, we received regular texts that described the process and status of the repair. The craftsmanship of the repair was absolutely exceptional. Our bumper looked good as new, the liftgate kick feature was properly working, and they even touched up some other imperfections on the paint. Nicholas was once again the person to help my wife when she arrived for the pickup and his kindness continued to shine. A few other things to note: - Parking for this location can, at times, be very limited. - My wife did interact with a few other employees - a receptionist and another technician. They were all very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this location for anyone that needs the services of an auto body shop.
